My car was supposed to be ready in 4 days. On the 4th day I was told it might be ready by the end of the day. I was not contacted again that day. On Friday morning, not hearing anything, I contacted Opeka and was told it should be ready sometime Friday. They contacted me later Friday to let me know it was ready. Not a big deal but I should have either been contacted later on Thursday to let me know it wouldn't be ready or the first thing on Friday.

I am so impressed with how professional and friendly everyone is at Opeka. I had my car repaired at the McMurray location during the covid 19 outbreak. It was amazing how they arranged safe procedures to drop off and pick up the car. Although there was no person to person contact, they went out of their way to make the experience personal! Amanda was one of the nicest people I talked to. And Bill and Travis were so friendly and helpful!
