Kind people all around. Kept me well informed regarding the progress on the repairs. I was concerned about the paint matching and recieved a mini tutorial in regards to that process. It was unexpected but appreciated. Questioned several people at work (Osage Hospital) and ALL recommended Osage Auto.

☆☆☆☆☆ I was extremely pleased with the time, personnel, and quality of the work done to my 2018 carolla!! Very prompt when it came to the estement, dealing with the insurance company, and the overall repair to my car. Kept me updated on their work and how long it was going to take. I had coverage for a rental, but the owner had 4 loaners for the convenience of his customers. Which was just another plus in my book. Then have me advise about my insurance coverage since deductibles are hard to come up with when an accident occurs. Very polite and helpful!!
