In fact one of my sons friend asked me who I had to fix my car and when I said Osage Auto Body he said oh no dont trust them as they are not honest, well for those people that know me I always say what I think said well they done a wonderful job a year ago and have no dout that they will again. Love the work and the friendlyness of everyone. Just can't say much for the loaner car..ha ha

You folks are amazing. I can't thank you enough for the work you all did. Thank you for driving down by Arkansas the day after Christmas to pick up parts, all so I didn't have to worry about my insurance not covering a rental for longer time period waiting for the parts to ship. And a huge thank you for staying late on a Friday night so I could pick up my car after work. You went above and beyond my expectations...people always seem to have horror stories of getting their vehicle fixed...I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Your customer service is outstanding!! All the helpful hints for the rental company, to things to think about for insurance coverage, to the updates on the status of the repairs. Thank you for all your hard work. I hope I don't need to come back in the future, but if I need any body work done, I don't even need to think about where to go. The work is wonderful! Everything looks flawless. Best body shop ever.
