The front license plate was put on upside down and the seat upholstery (front and back)was dirtied up and not cleaned after the bodywork was done. Otherwise my car looks great.

I received a text that the repairs were complete and ready for pick up. However, they tried to return my car to me with the door making a noise when you open and close it. So the guy took it back to fix the noise but the trim on the door is now coming unglued just a day of having it back. Very mediocre quality of work.

My repairs on my car look absolutely fabulous. Customer service was great. My issue was how long it took to repair the car, and the amount of rental car costs I endured, close to $1,900. Also, the manager Ms. Gonzales never responded to my email request for a loaner car. Bob was great and my car looks magnificent, so the collision repair specialist dod an amazing job.
