This is my 2nd experience with Ourisman. I came back because the service is great. This time around I had concerns. The staff there, Nathan and another gentleman came out to my vehicle with me and reassured me that things were good. They were extremely patient. This is what customer service is all about. I'd asked for the camera unit to be inspected. I know the camera is working fine, but there is a leak from within, causing water to fill up between the camera and the glass shell covering it. You said i need to replace the whole unit $350 instead of just plugging up the leak.
