Ourisman Toyota repaired my 2018 Toyota Rav after damaged in a car accident. The folks at the body shop were attentive and prompt with the whole process of getting the car back to its original condition. I would recommend them highly. Yes she would because she has dealt with ourisman or Toyota in the past and they always done excellent work with her vehicle also they have done work on my son's car about 15 maybe 20 years ago and they did excellent work so yes I would recommend to a friend or a neighbor

I don’t think my car door was installed properly as it makes a sound from the wind driving through the door and it was a hallow sound to it. Also the mirrors paint is not fully painted or scuffed….

I understand that parts can take sometime to be delivered, however after waiting close to 3 weeks they realized my car needed additional parts to be order. On top of that I had to return my vehicle to the shop two additional times due to a sensor, which I feel should've been checked before I even got my vehicle back. Customer service was the only plus. The staff in the office were very nice.
