Repair so far is good. I don’t see any concerns right now. However I would like to pass on info about customer service . I didn’t call to much or bug anyone about repairs. In fact I tried to reframed from calling at all. When I pick up my vehicle today M.Cruz, was standing two feet from me with her back to me. She ignored me while I was checking out with another associate. I ask a question about the repair and the associate turned and ask MCuz. MCruz looked up at me and said, “everything was done.” I can’t imagine that I did anything to upset her, perhaps she was having bad day. Understandable, but I just thought she could have at least acknowledged me,

Everyone was very friendly and polite, as well as professional. I did appreciate the routine updates. The only thing is the rental car return was not explained to me. I had to get the rental car two days later because nothing was available from Aberdeen to Middle River. I was not expecting to return the car at your center. Luckily, I think there was enough gas in the tank
