I only received two calls from the shop with updates on my vehicle. I had to call the other times to get status updates. My vehicle was there almost 30 days so I expected more then two calls. I didnât even get a call when the initial estimate was done or when there was a supplement for almost $4,000

I ended up bringing my car three times for the repair. 1st time parts weren't ordered and 2nd time more damage was found. Finally fixed the third time. Never offered any type of discount and really didn't seem they were too bothered by it.
