The timeliness of the repairs was ridiculous compared to the expected day to have it returned. There was also a clear lack of communication with me about the progress of the repairs.

I contacted Wesley bc I heard some noise coming from the passenger side door in which the repair took place. He told me he had heard that, but thought it was the car seat. In asked if I could drop it by one day for him to drive and he said that world be no problem.

Everyone was very helpful and friendly every time I went in to discuss with them about the repairs to my truck. They didn't make me feel stupid if I didn't understand things about how the insurance stuff works and assisted me in what I needed to do so it was so much less stressful mentally. They did a absolutely wonderful job on the repairs and the painting of my truck. It looked like a new truck! I was very happy with the results!!
