I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by this establishment. It is already unfortunate that my vehicle was damaged during the storm, but receiving a dirty car with glass scattered everywhere is utterly unacceptable.

A job should be done at your best. Even down to washing and cleaning the customers car. When the keys are exchanged that’s when the job is completed.

I was thankful for my car being fixed. I was very unsatisfied how I got my car back . It was nasty inside and out. I asked about the complimentary car wash. I was told they really don’t do that. I went back and read reviews about how the individual car wash washed and cleaned up. I guess that service applies only to certain customers. I had to get off work , Friday 3/-3/26. The day I picked my car up and wash and clean my car myself. . Highly disappointed!
