It took you all six weeks to complete repairs. One person would tell me parts were in and another would tell me they were waiting for parts. Not sure who to believe. Some of the blame could be on the adjuster from progressive who couldn’t seem to find the time to go by and approve supplementals to the truck. My business was suffering from waiting on my truck to be completed.

Customer Service

I had to call every week to get status reports. Nobody from Ozzie’s ever bothered to pick up a phone and let me know the status of my repairs.

I choose to take my car to get major repairs done with Ozzie’s, as I have had great work and customer service given by them multiple times over the years. This will be the LAST time I ever do business with you guys. Since the day I dropped off my car I was lied to and deceived by Ozzie’s. I understand that parts are hard to get in with COVID, but the amount of times the date changed of when my car would be completed was outrageous. Not to mention that I had to be the person initiating communication of the status of my car. At times I felt like I was annoying staff for simply asking for an update on my car, which was in your shop for over three months. Again, I understand businesses are short staffed due to COVID, but sending an email update takes all but two minutes. I was appalled by the overall lack of communication by the staff as a whole, I even had to take over communication between your company and my insurance company, as the insurance company was also done with the lack of communication on your end. I think the person in charge of my claim changed hands three times while my car was in your shop, and communication got worse each time a new person took over. Even with all of this going on, I remained very patient with your company as I wanted my car to be completed in a satisfactory way. When I finally got a call that my car was finished after several unanswered calls and emails, I came to pick up my car, which was not done as we had spoke since day 1. After my payment was taken of course, I got in my car that now had a dead battery and an empty gas tank. When I questioned why this was, of course I was blamed that it was dropped off this way, and they thought an employee had contacted me about the situation. When I asked if someone was going to walk my vehicle with me, I was told he was busy on a phone call so probably not. That was acceptable to me so I waited till he was finished with his personal phone call. When he finally did come to walk my car, he didn’t even have the respect to introduce himself, take his sunglasses off, or take his hands out of his pocket, rather point at the work done with his foot. I have never felt so disrespected by a company I chose to do my business with and pay thousands of dollars to. When I pointed out unsatisfactory work it was just blown off and I was told it wasn’t on my original claim. In a day where businesses are struggling to keep their doors open, I have never seen such a lack of customer service and professionalism by a company. Though I am sure my comments will fall on deaf ears, I hope someone reads this and at least has the common decency to coach their team and try to improve and help build up their team. If I was the business owner or general manager I would be saddened by how far my company had fallen over the years in workaminship and over all customer service. It’s sad when you choose to do business with the small locally owned business and are disrespected and treated poorly as I was. Looks like times are changing and the big box repair shop next door is the place to take your vehicle when you want good service and a job well done. If you would like to discuss this situation any further, please do not hesitate to give me a call. Nasser Faris 970-310-0396
