It was a smooth experience. Appreciated the communication and proactive response. For example, when the wrong part came in that delayed the repair, the staff called to extend my rental for me. This is unfortunate because I had a truck painted there back in the early 2000’s that I was happy with. I recommended them to several people afterwards and even my Mother used them per my recommendation for some rust repair and they did a great job back then . I don’t know what happened to the place but the workmanship and professionalism has totally deteriorated

You jumped through hoops to complete my vehicle repairs based on OUR schedule, even when necessary parts weren’t showing up. You didn’t have to do that, and I know you can’t always make that work, but we noticed. Customer service is top notch and we appreciate you!
