In the past we had great experience with Paintmaster, now we feel that the communication is lacking.

Although the quality of the repair is excellent and response to follow-up attention is quick, the lack of communication and updates on progress is disappointing. We were told that we would get text messages with updates. That did not happen at all.

So far. There is a noise in the front end when driving at speeds around 40 to 45 mph that wasn't there prior to the accident will be needing to bring it back in for inspection

Our brand new 4Runner suffered extensive hail damage from the storm back in May of this year. We selected Paintmaster based on reviews and being an assigned select service agent of our Insurance agent. Everyone at Paintmaster (especially Chris and Penny), were extremely helpful and made the process easy. I wish I had taken before pics because this place did an AWESOME job. I am very detail oriented, and I could not find one hail dent on my vehicle! It looks brand new again. They also detailed the entire vehicle inside and out, which i thought was a nice touch.
