You guys were truly a pleasure to work with. From you having us bring in the car after the parts were ordered so it wasn’t just sitting there, to all the updates keeping us informed. When we got our car back I also noticed the extra step that was taken to clean the interior and the car wash. All around excellent customer service and just going out of the way to do things that really you didn’t have to do. Thank you for making a frustrating situation actually pleasant! Also all the staff were very friendly especially when my rental from Hertz didn’t show up and they offered to give me a ride.

Fantastic people that did fantastic work. What really shows is how much they value the person over the vehicle. They were always so nice and understanding and one employee even gave me a ride home whenever my rental car company screwed up. I’ll never go anywhere else.
