I noticed the back seatbelt on the side where the repair was done is not retracting. I’m wondering if something was not put together properly upon repair? Also, upon checking the seatbelt, I noticed a stain on the inside ceiling, it looks like an oil stain. I also noticed a few small dents on the plastic on the inside of the vehicle where it was propped opened, this is not a big deal but I do want to document it. I really hate to be the person to complain but this is a brand new vehicle and I would like it to remain in top tier conditions. I will be calling in the morning.

From the time I first walked in I was greeted with smiles and taken care of. They explained the processes and went over the initial estimate completely. Answered all my question and even helped me figure out the rental car process. When my truck was done being repaired I pulled up to a cleaned inside and out vehicle. They did amazing work and their friendliness was great! Will definitely use them again if needed.
