Multiple issues involving timing and estimations of time of completion which caused me to have to get multiple rental cars because of the back and forth of telling me it was gonna be done at the end of the week and was told repeatedly it would be done a certain day only to be told it wouldn’t the done until later date this occurred 3 different times and wasn’t told an exact answer until I physically went into the shop 3 times and was completely disappointed with the workmanship as I had my vehicle returned and have to fix multiple issues that were told was going to be fixed my windershield washers sprayers were broken and disconnected and had to be repaired my front bumper which I was initially told would be a full replacement only replace a 1/3 of the piece which was completely unsatisfactory

I would very highly recommend it to anyone! The repair is perfect! I don't feel ashamed to drive it around anymore! (My son had taped it up with packaging tape so the bumper would not fall off!) Due to a busy schedule we drove it before I could get it in anywhere. Jason told me my son did well on the tape job! I hated driving it like that!

Someone in office made me mad, I told her so, I called back & asked the receptionist there (Who throughout this process was very niice & helpful!) who it was, & she said, Let me get Jason to call you back! Jason called me personally, apologized. Told me what great work their shop does! Got me an appt. for my estimate. Enc me to give them another chance, & gave me his personal cell phone if I had problems! When I went in, the receptionist called him to desk. He greeted my husband and I, very nice! Made me feel welcome! Comfortable enough to leave my ailing car there, my bumper and parts under the car were falling off! He fixed it where I could drive it without the parts under dragging and said he would order the parts, and told me when to bring it in! I had to call him and delay that 1 day from our situation. He was fine with that, and said bring it next day, which we did. My car was there 16 days, he called me a couple of times, and I called him. My car is perfect now! It looks brand new!!! Plus they cleaned it inside! It looked new!! (except for the back where trees hit me (HAHA) up at our lake property! Those are minor!

Jason gave me an idea what a dent on the other side would cost to fix, after Christmas I am going to persue a small claims court claim on the non insured jerk who hit me! You can bet I will take it back to Paintmaster! I am 69 years old, and have had my share of car repairs & insurance claims over the years. I have never been treated as nice as I was here, other places make you feel like a number, and you wonder if they are keeping your car just to make more money! I did not ever feel that way with Jason or his receptionist!
