I wish that when you call paintmaster the employees answering the phone were able to give any kind of update on time or progress. It feels kind of unfair that the employees actually working on the cars also have to have the responsibility of calling back customers answering questions etc. I would've preferred to just be put on hold so the front desk person could go get an answer when called instead of putting off the call or giving the wrong information.

On the repair they did an amazing job.

Extremely frustrating because when I asked for updates I was told inaccurate dates or was not called at all. My windshield was cracked somewhere in between repair and when I told them about they asked me to summit claim to insurance. I thought that was very unethical since it happened in during repair.
