Paintmaster went above and beyond for us. They dealt with our insurance several times before we dropped the car off. They went super helpful and very friendly each time I spoke with their staff. Front desk lady always seemed to be short with you in responding and irritated, when you asked questions. Acted inpatient as you read the forms she wanted you to sign and heaven forbid you asked questions on that. She was just on the side of being rude whether on the phone or in person.
