I was impressed with Chris's attentiveness to detail and with Tamara's demeanor. Chris was remarkable! He was resourceful with finding me a way to save me quite a bit of money. He briefed me on a fix that allowed me use my original front end grill rather than purchase a new one. It was reassembled in a way that didn’t compromise safety or optics.
