I’ve serviced other vehicles at PDM and keep going back due to their amazing work and great customer service. Arely and Janie were on top of everything, calling me and/or texting me to keep me up to date on details. I’m not sure if it’s protocol to wash and detail a customer’s vehicle after repairs, but they did mine this time. Unexpected and very appreciated!

Stephanie was amazing and kept me updated with the process of my repair from initial pickup to the date of release. There was also another gentleman that reached out to me to go more in depth in explaining about an issue with my vehicle that made me feel that I made a good decision having my car repaired by PDM. I would definitely take my car there again if needed and will gladly recommend PDM.
