I was extremely satisfied with my experience there. Donna was wonderful! She is extremely helpful, efficient, and friendly. It's always upsetting to be in an accident and without a car, but Donna went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and to help me. She also made arrangements with Enterprise car rental so I could get a car I was comfortable with. I really would recommend Parkway to friends and family.
