My car still has damage on the fender that was only panted over.

You took a month and a 1/2 for my vehicle to be repaired and when you did contact me to pick up the car, I was on my military deployment. I said it take me three weeks to pick up the car, I then told I would have to pay for storage fees. This was resolved after I threatened to call the better business burea.clearly told your employee that I would be using my insurance company to pay but was told when I came to pick up the vehicle you never went through the insurance company and I have to pay out of pocket. Its been a week and still have not emailed the insurance company the bill of work completed so I can get the insurance company to pay the difference.

Take way too long to fix the car. Really difficult to do transactions with them on the third party. Back and forth so many times on unnecessary processes and feelings. Overall is a terrible experience. When I finally got my car, inside was full of dust and the car smells like paint. Seems like the didn’t cover up or something.
