While the work was done satisfactorily, there is damage above the rear bumper that was not there when I left the car for repair. I called the service manager about it, and he advised he would check the records for notes when the car was left, but he never gave me the status. No follow-up.

Hi, excellent work! Thanks for repairing my car and making it look like new again. Jim and James were great to work with and did a terrific job. Jim was especially helpful and considerate in waiting for me until I got there both times. May return for some minor touch up as the finish was still fresh. Thanks for your help.
