When someone hit the front end of my car in the city, I was bummed, then relived the kids were okay in the backseat, then bummed again. Knew getting into a shop and the time it would take for repairs would take forever. I called twenty different shops and when I finally called here and heard Teri’s voice, it was like an angle. Everyone else couldn’t get me in till the end of November or December. When I got ahold of Parmentier they said they could get me in the first week of October. They had my car for one week when everyone else said two, or three. Hope I never need to call for there help again but I would never think to ask for another shop besides this one! Fast, friendly, and professional. My car looked brand new when I went to pick her up! Thank you Parmentier auto body inc!
