First customer service: I called two other shops and was quoted available times of approximately 3 weeks to three months. My daughter recommended Parson’s because they had repaired her vehicle. I called and took my vehicle the same day. The work: My repair is complete and I’m thrilled! Not only is the repair great but my SUV was cleaned inside and out. My daughter picked it up for me. My grandchildren called to say it looks new. I hope I don’t need to use your shop again but you will be my first call if I do. I will be recommending you to everyone.

Car is missing the shift lock button cover and all the plastic push pins for the driver’s rear trunk carpeting. Otherwise, the body work looks great
