They claimed they did not have a good phone for me but Amanda at the front desk called me on the Friday before I was to drop it off to confirm I was still dropping it off on the following Monday. They had to order my parts that they could not see at the initial estimate. Then they would not get my fog lights to work for at least 3 days.

The paint doesn’t match and I can see where all repairs were done from them sinking in around them. The back corner piece was a used piece with cracks all in the plastic that was painted over black but still plainly obvious. The back glass also looked to be a used piece cause all around the top of it near the third brake light was caked in dirt as if it had lived on a gravel road.
