The desk staff were the most pleasant people! The gentleman came outside to mourn the damage originally with me. I called frequently and they were always very helpful and informative. They never seemed inconvenienced or bothered by my questions. The gentleman came outside to present my car back to me and even gave me tips as a car owner! The woman was delightful and even gave me a water bottle and coozie! You could not have a better service staff.
