The intake meeting, the adjustment to scheduling, and communication prior to the work and post the work were all perfect--thank you, Katie and Todd. The only part of the experience that caused me to not rate you as a 10 is the fact that the work didn't quite solve our whole problem. It is not because of the workmanship or lack of ability, the vehicle had issues that weren't visible during the estimate stage (understandable). I simply wish we would have been contacted during the process to give us the update. This way we wouldn't be as surprised when we arrive for pick up to see work that looks incomplete. Again, the work was great and there is nothing they could have done differently, we would have just loved to be updated prior to pick up. We wouldn't have changed our mind about the work, but would have had some questions we wanted answered prior to work continuing if the complete issue wasn't going to be resolved. Thank you so much!
