Pat’s reputation precedes them & I have yet to be disappointed. They are always respectful & courteous. Especially as an older person that knows nothing about cars they are my go to persons. Honesty is part of doing business there. The front desk manager is friendly & knowledgable. Joe was helpful in explaining what process was involved in my body work & I felt the quote was fair. A helpful caveat also is the use of a loaner car w/ the cost being only to return it clean & w/ a full tank of gas. My car looked perfect when their work was completed. I sincerely appreciate Pat’s Auto Repair & highly recommend them to others. Thank you, PAR.
