I needed the vehicle so I picked it up from them although it wasn't finished. They were waiting for some parts, but the vehicle was safe and not affected. I went back to have them complete the work and they let me use a loner car. It was complete later that same day and I went back to pick it up.

It is difficult for me to answer this question because Jeff my husband dealt with the company. My car looks fixed, but I have not a clue about the service. I do know that Jeff told them to use his number to contact him rather than mine. Since he had the information not me.

Was told several times my truck would be done tomorrow! I would think all parts needed would be on site when repairs start . Running board and tires were not apparently . Work was good as always . 😄
