Marked it down to a 9 due to not knowing the loaner car could only be driven 50 miles and only found this out when I dropped off the car for the initial appointment. Had to cancel it to make work from home arrangements which worked out fine but I wish that information would be have been given to me before.

I wasn't real happy about the amount of time it took for repairs. But the car looked great and was cleaner than it's been in quite a while. My compliments to the young man that even took the time to clean the rust off the lug nuts. Hats off to Brad for getting doors operational so I could drive it until repairs could be done.
