I felt like the up charge for using my debit card was unfair. I was told in a voice mail that only certified checks would work. Who gets those? And I was told the charge was on credit not debit cards. I felt cheated and will tell that to future references.

Pats body shop was AMAZING. I have never been in an accident or had to deal with auto insurance but they handled EVERYTHING. I was told it would probably take Monday-Friday to get done but it was done midday on Wednesday! My car looked so great I couldn’t even tell there was damage in the first place. THANK YOU!!!

Pat’s Body shop is unequivocally the best body shop around. They are the only people that will do any work for me.All the staff is very professional and ready to assist the customer.By far they are simply the best and their work is the best.

The repair took longer than quoted. When I finally went to pick my car up, I noticed additional damage done by the shop. I had to leave my car another 4 days. The shop fixed the damage, and provided me with a car to drive for free while they fixed it. They also took $100 off my deductible. The repair overall when completed was good.

Paint job on the roof is great. Good match and quality. Only complaint is about the $175 detailing. Interior and trunk quite nice, but spots remain on the hood and trunk that I am going to have to clean off. In my opinion these should have been addressed. Overall experience was professional and prompt.
