Initial estimate of damage and timing of repairs were very clear. I did not have to fight the insurance company about the estimate. Staff was always respectful. Repair was completed faster than I expected. The repair job looksbwonderful - sign of anything ever being damaged. I think my vehicle looks better after being in this shop. Thank you. I trust this business to request them again if need be and I tell family and neighbors the work was done here.

The inspection for the repair estimate did not take long. The staff submitted the estimate to State Farm for me. The appointment for the repair was kept and took less time than I expected. The repair work was clearly professionally done and looks great. The staff was always kind. I am proud to tell family and neighbors that Paul's Auto Body did the work.

Car actually looks like it did when I first got it! Amazing work that I appreciated even more when I read what you had to do to get that ‘new car look’! Excellent job. I don’t recommend having an accident to get it looking this great!
