My 2004 F350 was taken into the shop so that I could bring it back to some of its former glory. They previously did that with my 2018 Tahoe, so I knew they were the right people for the job. Ken, the consummate professional, is amazing and provides exceptional customer service. From the moment I dropped off the vehicle, to the time I picked it up, he was always in contact and kept communications open. When I picked up my truck, I was blown away! Another beautiful job by Paul’s auto body shop.

Ken, who provided the original estimate, and took care of my car and I through the entire process, is an amazing asset to Paul’s auto body. Not only is he professional, kind, but he also is extremely knowledgeable about the entire process and was able to guide me in the right direction regarding other vehicles that I wanted to have cleaned up at his shop.

So kind and spot on with everything from dropping car off to getting rental to come to shop because i couldn't get in touch fast enough and picking it back up and keeping in touch with me , providing a snack even while waiting for my car tire getting fixed from them because it had a nail in it witch had nothing to do with getting my car fixed from the deer hitting me, they went above and beyond my expectations I will recommend them to everyone and anyone I come across that need service, it's VERY nice not to have to worry about everything that comes to being when faced with alot of other issues, BIG thank you to Robert and his team
