After discovering a large gash on my car from a parking lot while attending a graduation, I initially went to a shop recommended by my insurance company. That first place completely messed up my appointment and was entirely disorganized. Frustrated, I checked the insurance network again, found Paul’s Auto Collision, and I am so glad I did! From start to finish, the experience was absolutely seamless. When I called, I was thrilled to speak to a real, live professional instead of the usual automated app bots. Victor answered the phone, and he was incredibly professional, personable, and took the time to clearly explain the entire repair process. Because I didn’t have rental car coverage on my insurance, Victor went above and beyond to make sure my car was fixed and returned to me ASAP. Every time I followed up, he was pleasant, attentive, and completely on top of everything. Bjorn was also a fantastic part of the experience—he is another great person who is both highly professional and personable. What a great establishment! They are incredibly easy to work with! Flawless Repair: The paint job was a flawless, perfect match for my car's pearl white color. You can't even tell there was ever a gash! Spotless Facility: I was highly impressed by how remarkably clean and organized the shop is. On-Time Delivery: They delivered the car exactly on the promised pickup date! Impeccable Detailing: My car came back looking fantastic—perfectly washed and clean inside and out. I was referred to Paul’s Auto Collision by my regular mechanic after a minor accident where my car rolled backward into another parked vehicle. Victor and Bjorn were pleasant, and accommodating throughout the repair process. I dropped my car off on a Monday and was told the repair would likely take about four days. I ended up picking it up the following Monday, so it took about six business days, which wasn’t too bad. My main concern was the lack of communication regarding the repair estimate. GEICO’s initial estimate was $2,000. When I dropped off my car, I asked for a copy of the repair estimate but was told they didn’t have one for me. When I picked up the vehicle, I learned the final repair cost was approximately $7,300. Although I only had to pay my deductible, I was surprised by the significant increase and would have appreciated more transparency and an explanation of the additional costs during the repair process. Overall, the staff was friendly and the repair work appears to have been done well, but better communication regarding estimates and supplemental charges would have made for a much better experience.

An experience I'll never forget. I'm such overwhelmed with meeting a fantastic group of professionals. They were courteous, and friendly in all all respect. The work environment is unquestionable. On arrival, I thought it was a dealership sale site. I couldn't believe how clean, and well kept of the auto repair shop and the office. What ever was promised and guaranteed were produced.
