An experience I'll never forget. I'm such overwhelmed with meeting a fantastic group of professionals. They were courteous, and friendly in all all respect. The work environment is unquestionable. On arrival, I thought it was a dealership sale site. I couldn't believe how clean, and well kept of the auto repair shop and the office. What ever was promised and guaranteed were produced. I just wish the entire vehicle had gotten smoothed buffed and glazed to match the work on the bumper, and there is 3 dents on the bumper

I highly recommend using Paul’s Auto Collision. Victor is very respectful and kind. He went above and beyond to insure that I was able to use Enterprise car rental in Mineola (my personal preference after reading reviews). Enterprise wanted me to use another office who covers the area. But he made sure that the Mineola office picked me up and I dropped off the car to Paul’s collision (enterprise would pick it up). They did an awesome job on my car, looks brand new! Their reviews speaks for itself! If you need an excellent customer experience, use Paul’s Collision in Garden city!
