My car was rear-ended and I was referred to Paul’s Auto Collision by a friend who owns a tire shop. Really glad I went here. They handled everything, including the insurance paperwork, which made the process really stress-free. Their shop is state-of-the-art with the latest technology, and it's very apparent that the team knows what they’re doing. Everyone was professional, timely, and kept me updated throughout the repair. The whole experience was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend Paul’s to anyone who needs collision work done.

First, the facility is great. The team working there is very knowledgeable. Unfortunately my repairs took a very long time as some parts were not available (not their fault) and they had to look all around to find them. I really appreciate that. Communication was good and kept me posted of the progress every time I called. My car looks like new and I am very grateful.
