Several things were not done correctly. The hood has all kinds of new scratches in it, nothing lines up, the inner bumper was not straightened out, the “new” headlamp is scratched, there’s dirt all in the paint, there’s a pad that goes under the hood and the right side one is missing, the trim along the bottom of the driver side was not clipped back on. The hood has swirl gouges in it from being washed with a dirty brush. And some pieces are on that right corner not only don’t line up but are loose. Have tried calling and emailing but no reply yet. Also have a call into State Farm.

They got the parts and work done very quickly. Some of the scratches were still faintly showing. They were not part of the claim, but near it, so I thought with it being painted the scratches would be gone
