My husband's car was recently hit by a deer and we needed to find a shop that could take our vehicle that same day. After making a few calls, I was beginning to lose hope that I would be able to find a shop. I decided to try McWilliams and Sean answered the phone. He was so nice and understanding. Should be 9 but I think I will leave room for improvement when it comes to speed with which your car gets done. This can help to cut costs on rental that you get from the insurance company. I think it would help if you guys can order the parts if the car is drivable (just like it was with me) and when customer drops the car, it could take less time.
