We had agreed to complete the work while my son was on vacation. But you finished while he was still away, advised the insurance company simultaneously: it caused the claim to immediately close once you advised State Farm. If we had known Penn auto would have done that we would not have chosen to do the work over the week and a half he was out of town from Pittsburgh, PA on vacation in FL/NJ. I wish you would have contacted me on when the car was going to be completed. As the rental car agreement need vs when car was going to be done thru State Farm did not match up. You caused us an additional $230 charge by making this decision without coinciding with us as he got back on 8/19/26. That extra cost would not have occurred if he was local the weeks you worked on the vehicle. The owner knew what we were doing and we should have been given a grace period to get him back into town for pick up.

Joel, the owner was very nice and helpful. He update you through email and phone, which is extremely helpful and he’s very kind. I am grateful that he did such a great job on my vehicle and will continue to take my car there for service when needed

Our daughter is a recent college graduate and lives in Pittsburgh, we are three hours away in Central Pennsylvania. This was her first experience with an accident and insurance claim. We particularly appreciated the customer service provided by Joel and Ruth. Being a distance away, All of our interactions were over the phone. Their attentiveness and responsiveness to our questions and the timeliness of the repair is greatly appreciated. The quality of the work was excellent.

They did a great job with the repairs and the customer service was excellent just the time to get the truck back was very long!! And my husband thought the truck could have been cleaned!
