I highly recommend the Penske Collision in Escondido for repair after an accident. The staff and especially Mrs. Sarah Farsian were so professional and pleasant to get info, delivery dates, and status of the repair process either by a phone call, texts, or emails. Everything was on time and no rush in explaining each repair process in detail. The repair was flawless and beautiful. The office and its staff are extremely organized and professional. No need to get stressed out during rebuild process. Well planned and executed. My congrats to the management and staff. Well done.

The Penske Automotive repair center is one of my best repair experience ever. The center and its staff were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional in interesting with customers, took their time to explain all repair detailed, the reason for repairs, and time frame in every step. I am more impressed with Mrs. Sarah Farsian who provided, managed and interacted with me. The Penske Center and Sarah frequently and professionally emailed and text messaged on most steps, provided more accurate time frame for the vehicle pickup… The Penske Repair Center was friendly, clean, and well managed. My car was cleaned and ready for pickup on time… Great job.
