I'm happy with the bumper overall, however it should have been YOUR job to find bumper guard replacements or a similar product as that's how the original was. Also , not super happy that when they cleaned the front area of car they made a good size tear in the floor board and now that needs to be repaired. On an older car you need to take better care of things not be so forceful and rushed. The floor board had a small little spot, but since in your possession it's quite good size to have to be fixed.

Sarah Farsian was the greatest person to work with! I am so grateful for her, she was so communicative and helped me through every step of the way. She even had them buff out a few scratches while they repainted! And she delivered ahead of schedule due to parts coming in faster, I could not have been more pleased!
