Peotter’s Auto Body Inc. was founded in 1985. Since then we have grown into a three floor, state of the art facility, with a separate location specifically designated for aluminum structural and non-structural repairs. We service all makes and models, but specialize in Rivian, Lucid, Land Rover and Jaguar repairs, as such we are factory certified by these companies, and guarantee to return your car to its pre-accident factory specifications. We employ 16 experienced, certified technicians, several who have been with the company for more than 40 years. Our goal has always been to provide our customers with the best possible results by employing the most qualified people, using the latest equipment and providing the best training in the best possible working environment.

When I was told my truck was ready, I came to pick it up then when I got there the fender flares were not attached properly and I was told that they did not have to be removed. This was a lie because on the original work order it clearly showed that the fender flares had to be removed to properly fix my bumper. I also noticed that the bumper was not properly finished. The paint was not smooth at all. The worker said they will have to buff it smooth. This tells me that no one looked over my truck before telling me it was ready. Then I was told that my windshield had a large crack in it. I dropped my truck off with no windshield damage. I was told the heat did it. That sounds quite unbelievable. So, I was told that I had to buy a new windshield which I did. When I tried to talk to the manager about my experience I was told he did not want to speak with me. Horrible customer service. I was a return customer but after this experience I will no longer use Peotter's again.

My adjuster Matthew was great. Communication did drop off when he was away. Would suggest a specific contact be assigned in that instance. Everyone was very nice. Did not like the AI companion in texts
