I have to admit that the staff at Perez Collision Center were very friendly and courteous. However, I would think twice before recommending Perez Collision Center to a friend. When I picked up my vehicle, I noticed that the hood gap was not properly aligned and had to bring the vehicle back for additional repairs. Since I have only had the vehicle back for two days, I am still unsure whether there may be other issues that will arise. While I appreciate the kindness of the staff, the delays and the need for a return visit have left me with concerns about the overall quality of the repair.

My experience with Perez Collision Center was very good. The team was courteous and helpful, and they explained the repair process clearly. My vehicle was returned clean and in great condition. But the repairs were not completed in a timely manner. In short, I appreciate their attention to detail and customer service.

My car looks new. I am very pleased with the outcome as well as enjoyed interacting with Danny and Alex and the rest of the staff. It’s obvious they know what they are doing, notified me if there were any changes in the schedule and I didn’t worry at all. I would absolutely recommend Perez Collision if you need their services.
