Their body work was on par but being without my truck for over 2 months took a toll on me. It’s a tool I use to haul things and having to pay extra on items because I can’t use my truck or put extra strain on our other vehicle not meant for towing sucked.

I had to wait more than three hours in their lobby while they “cleaned and tested” the vehicle only to find out later that night that something went wrong in the testing and coolant ended up all over the engine bay. I was not told about this and had to find out by seeing steam boiling out from under the hood. Around 100 miles later the transmission went out in the vehicle leaving us stranded 800 miles from home. All in all the staff was friendly but, not telling me about major issues led to a very frustrating experience after the fact.
