My estimate was for 712 dollars For a small scrape on a door When i picked up the car they charged over $1500 More than double And never called to update me re change in price. I highly doubt there was unseen damage - as minor scrape. They should have called to ask if I still wanted repair as price doubled- they did not inform me

I found every aspect of the service very professional and efficient, and I particularly appreciated the personal responses from the head of the body shop -- Louis/Luis -- after I had questions re the daily on-line updates, which I found repetitive and unsatisfying as to specifics.
