We were told work was done. We got our vehicle. Looked good. Saw no obvious problem. A few days later we received a call stating they forgot to let us know there was a piece that needed replacement, but it wasn't in when we picked up the car. They said come in and they'd take care of it. It only took a few minutes. The next day we were looking over the car and noticed a cracked plastic piece on passenger side door. So now we need to figure out what occurred there.
