Turns out that the passenger wheel is bent per discount tires causing massive vibration to the front end, philpott failed to inspect the wheel for damages when brought in for collision repair. Everything else was good

When we arrived to pick up our vehicle there was no one in the reception area...we had to call out several times and walk all around the office area calling out for help. Then we decided to go outside toward the side doors where we finally found someone! When we did find someone she was very nice and helpful. And she apologized for no one in reception.
