Happy with communication of progress and ease of appointment. However the quality inspection before I picked up car for repair was missing. I found a loose broken panel and scratched paint on the bumper that was repainted. I had to travel from north Orange to bring car back. The technician addressed the panel and left but the panel was still loose. I’m not happy about the level of quality and attention to detail given post repair before customer pick up.
