Service was great! I was in a situation where I had to return my rental vehicle a few days before they were scheduled to finish the work on my truck and John Thibodeaux pull through for me and had his mechanics stay late and finish the work on my truck so I could pick it up the next day when I had to return my rental vehicle and did an outstanding job on my truck! I am very pleased with the work, the service and really appreciate all they have done for me! I will be a returning customer if the need ever comes up and I will definitely recommend Philpot Collision to all my friends and family!

The team at Philpott kept me up to date through the entire process and Steven answered all of my questions personally. They also dealt with my insurance company on several matters to make things go more smoothly. Finally, my vehicle was ready exactly when they said it would be. I would always recommend that people use Philpott.
