There is nothing American Family Insurance can do to make this better because the issue with my dissatisfaction is directly towards the treatment from Phil’s Auto Body... he is a very unprofessional, discriminative and racist person. He totally treated us with no dignity only because my husband talked to me in our native language Spanish. Owner would interrupt every time saying he didn’t understand that language and to speak English, this rude comment lead into a more intense discussion where I had to get police involved as I started feeling very uncomfortable. I will never come back to this place and will never recommend to anyone. By the way, I still have not received the vehicle because owner was not decent enough to tell me he didn’t take credit cards... owners really needs to get out of business if he is unable to treat diversity with dignity and respect!!!
