Everyone so nice and accomodating. Had my windshield replaced in the same day. Thank you. Sadly, had to return the next day as there was a residual rattling noise. was taken for a ride to confirm by Pete. Richie took the time to come out and mention that could take some time for everything to settle. Pete was so nice and have a plan to be in touch by end of week and bring truck in Monday morning as Pete said I cannot drive around like that! my father, Jesse Lev (Joseph), says thanks and sends his regards from Florida. I truly had a great experience with Phil's Body Shop. The staff is pleasant, professional and effecient. My car was there for a total of 7 days and they kept me abreast of everything via texted messages. There was never a time when I was uninformed. For that I am so grateful. The biggest kicker for me was when I picked up my vehicle, I was expecting it to be repaired however still dirty from the time I brought it in. Not at all...Phil's had my baby shining as bright as the sun. Thank you all so very much. Gonna tell everybody about my experience. GOD bless you all. Cae
